Qi Refurbs and Contracts specialises in corporate interior refurbishments - whether they are general refurbishments, fitting out your premises, flooring, electrical, joinery, fire risk assessment works and everything in between.

Joinery
Our primary focus is on fitting out your premises. When it comes to fitting out, our joinery skills are second-to-none. We are equipped to handle your project right through from your initial query to planning and designing stages, handling the project management through to completion and final handover.
We specialise in:
- Dental re-fits, which includes supplying your dental cabinetry
- Fire risk remedial works - creating, maintaining and updating fabric fire compartmentation and fire doors
- Corporate back of house refreshes, particularly in the retail sector
- Roofing works - we organise the scaffold, permits and licence to make sure the process is as smooth and stress free as possible for our clients
Specialist areas
- Pediments - we can rebuild decorative pediments to match the surrounding architecture, all rebuilt on site and by hand

Flooring

A large proportion of our work involves replacing flooring - from a small fix to a complete remove and replace, our team are all CSCS approved and have the skills you need. QiCF have their own project team led by QiRC project managers.
We specialise in safety flooring and LVT flooring and we can also supply and fit other types to suit your needs.
We offer flooring services in offices, reception areas, on staircases, in classrooms, and in toilet facilities.
Strip outs and refurbishments
When it comes to fabrication from scratch our joinery skills are second-to-none. We have quality machinery too, thanks to the generous support from local business growth organisations.
Internal and external decorations
We have experienced painters in our team who are ready to tackle internal and external projects from small patch-ups to complete room redecoration.
Fire risk assessment remedial works and fire doors
FRA remedial works are a big part of our work at QiRC. Ensuring your space is fire safe is just as important to us as it is to you.
Our team are fully up-to-date with the latest Government regulations and are happy to work with your own fire team if and when necessary. The majority of our team have been on the BRE Fire Door Installation course.
Electrical and plumbing
QiRC offers both electrical and plumbing services including compressor suction, tap replacement, emergency lighting installation and testing, and fire alarm systems.
All our plumbers and electricians are fully-qualified and have years of experience in their roles.
Roller shutters
QiRC works aloongside a specialist security shutter company. They manufacture, install and service all types of roller shutters and aluminium shopfronts, including automatic door systems.
We assist in the shop fitting and making good of the shutters after installation.
Suspended Ceilings
If you're looking for ceiling tile or ceiling grid replacement, we can help you.
Qi have a contract with a local ceiling tile/grid supplier who are more than likely to have your tiles in stock!
