A Telford refurbishment company
QiRC began as a home-based enterprise started by directors Calvin Boden and Jason Palmer, before moving to a unit on Stafford Park. Following a rise in workload and the addition of new staff, the team has since moved to a newly-established facility on Hortonwood.
"We really had outgrown the space we were in, and our office move has also created an additional role of project co-ordinator, with plans for even more expansion and growth," said co-founder Calvin.
Calvin and Jason have over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, and their building and maintenance contract business has a large network of highly-skilled commercial tradesmen right across the UK, so they can provide the best value services available.

Our Team
Training & Staff Development
Our team consists of highly-qualified and motivated professionals, who are all experts in their field.
Our project director and business partner Jason is SMSTS certified and holds a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management.
Whether they are directly employed or work as a sub-contractor, all our staff have completed First Aid on Site and Asbestos Awareness courses.
Richard Palmer started with us as a sub-contractor joiner supervisor with SSSTS certification. He has vast experience of installation projects in the dental industry, and it made sense for QiRC to help fund Richard's development. Thanks to all his hard work, he is now a project manager and has achieved his SMSTS.
We are also supporting two of our experienced project managers - Josh and Richard Owen - through a new eight- month training course in Construction Project Management. Completing this course will enhance their skills set as construction professionals. and ability to ensure successful and safe project completion.
Josh also holds his GQA Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Fenestration Installation, his IOSH in Managing Safely, and his Timber Fire Door installation and repair qualification.

Ellie is our commercial manager, Charley is our systems manager, and Lara is the office administrator.
Having successfully completed her Level 3 Business Administrator course, Lara is also our fire marshal and health and safety co-ordinator at QiRC.
