Boundary wall

Our clients required an existing boundary wall to their front elevation to remove a potential health and safety risk. 

The client stipulated the wall should look like it did when it was originally built. 

Project elements covered:

  • Permits obtained for the temporary closure of the pedestrian footpath
  • Supply traffic and pedestrian control
  • Sympathetically disassembled timber fence for reinstatement at project finish
  • Take down existing wall in parts, dress existing brickwork, and rebuild wall to existing design  
  • Reinstate timber fence 

The project involved liaising with; 

  • Clients surveyors 
  • Structural engineers
  • City council highways department
  • Health and Safety consultants 
  • Local clients' staff, residents and various stakeholders
